He meticulously encircled each damage area with a chalk and then took the whole picture of the damaged area to let us see the extent of the damage. Jeremy Brewer was an excellent representative on behalf of your company! He was timely, very nice, hard working, he kept following up with the claims adjuster- as they were slow to drag their feet on approving the work and the budget. He also fought to get us the correct amount as the claims adjuster's math didnt coincide with Jeremy's. He personally came out during the roofing job to make sure it was going to plan and helped move things away from the work site. And finally even after the contractors cleaned up he personally came out with his roller magnet tool thingy to go over the lawn, steps, driveway, and around our pool picking up more roofing nails and he also picked up pieces of shingles and paper the contractors missed. He is a 10/10!! Your company should be proud to have him.

We had the best experience working with Andrew Shultz on our new siding. Andrew is a hard worker and straight shooter. He helped work with our insurance to get our claim approved and then went back to insurance when we weren’t happy with the original estimate and wanted a better quality product. We took a while to choose the right color and size and in the meantime the manufacturer had discontinued the size we wanted. Andrew was fantastic and found us another brand in an almost identical color that included the specific styles and sizes we wanted. It ended up being an even better and thicker product than we originally tried to order. He was very responsive to any questions and concerns we had and communicated regularly on the status of our projects. Overall, we highly recommend him and hope to use him for another project someday.
