RJ was immediately responsive to all of our questions, whether it was day, evening or the weekend. He explained every step and what to expect with the next steps. Our insurance company initially denied our claim and and he helped us go through multiple steps that finally resulted in us getting our roof! As soon as our claim was approved, RJ had samples for us two days later and Ashton McGee had an installation date the very next week. Our roof was installed in one day, even in less than ideal weather. RJ continued his exceptional communication throughout the day, sending updates on our project while we were at work. Our roof looks wonderful and the crew did a thorough job with clean up. I would highly recommend this company!
